This is one of my favourite parts of a build. It’s when you first really get a sense of space and what the house is going to be like 🙂

It’s nice doing it this way. We just change it to how we want it along the way. Always exciting when that sub floor is on

Oh, we had a few longer than needed I Joist so we cantilevered the bathroom wall to add 3m and some cool space. Wish you were here. That would be awesome.

Stay on the builder constantly, and don’t for get to monitor the subs. Fazing involves subs and if one is late it can screw up the best builder. Check and check again that they are doing what the plans indicate. It will be tiresome but ….
