Is Earth Really Flat?

For anyone confused over flat earth theology—debunking conspiracy math

Insisting the earth is flat? It matters where you get your information, but some solutions are frankly simple, and can be done on your own if you choose.

Colorstorm is insisting the earth is flat—that if it was round the Suez Canal would have to be dug out 1666 feet to account for the curvature, and for water to flow 100 miles from sea level to sea level. Without that massive dig the Suez would have to flow uphill, both directions. This is christian-think™️, where belief is steady and the flat earth doesn’t turn.

Because there is a “crest” illustrated by curvature does not mean “uphill” on a gravitational sphere. If your mind is clinging to scientific conspiracy, listen carefully—The surface of the water is equipotential. It has the same distance to the Earth’s center of gravity. It is not necessary to dig 1666 ft in the middle of the Suez Canal, only sea level to sea level and follow the flow.

For something even simpler we look at the Bedford Level Experiment, where six miles of “flat earth” were demonstrated to be curved simply by using three tall platforms the same height, with one structure at the three mile mark. Then using a transit level showing the difference on the pole in the middle, confirming a crest.

Also, did you know gravity is a bit stronger at the poles, where centrifugal force is less than the equator? Yes, the earth is spinning. Did you know you weigh slightly less on mount Everest than at sea level because you’re farther from the gravitational constant? Eventually, as you leave the gravitational pull, away from the core you become weightless like a space probe.

Finally, easily illustrated by things we see every day, the columns on long suspension bridges are level, but not perpendicular to each other. They are closer to each other at the bottom than at the top, tilting slightly away from each other on the sphere.

But none of this matters to believers that ventured down the rabbit hole of conspiracy belief. The only evidence in Colostrums Bag© of tricks, is evidence that faith is a conundrical trap made for zealots.

Headcanon—The Imaginary Christian Backstory

Worshipping the Near East Jesus

Headcanon is an idea, belief or aspect of a character’s personality or physicality that is present in a piece of fanwork that does not correspond with information present in the canonical material.

For instance, it is largely accepted in the west that Jesus was white and is overwhelmingly depicted with elegant features and hair. Only makes sense, right? But evidence suggest that misses the mark.

The average Palestinian of the time was 5’1″. Using anthropological data and clues from the Bible, it is most likely Jesus looked something like this:

Jesus blended to the general population enough that Judas had to single him out from the apostles and was a working carpenter, so it is likely “if” the pretended messiah actually existed, he was far from the current depictions. While white Jesus certainly sells more tickets, it is highly unlikely he looked anything like the figure-head they’ve glorified.

There are many aspects of Christianity today although popular, have nothing to do with the original—the current state of the money changers church and religion being two of them. Be interesting to see pictures of this Jesus flaunt the halls of your favorite supremacy gathering.

Did you see the Mormons currently have $100billion in available cash? Who among them will turn over those tables?

Then vs Now

Celebrating thanksgiving while others mourn

Before the wave of monotheism butchered its way to dominance, what exactly did we give up, to get this?

This from the USDA:

In cultures around the world, men and women served as tribal healers, shamans, medicine men or women, had a deep understanding of the use of these plants singularly and/or in combination. These “herbalists” served as spiritual guides and dream interpreters and led many sacred ceremonies where the use of psychoactive plants played an integral role in burial rituals, rites of passage, healing rituals, vision quests and purification rituals.

Using psychoactive plants, (and many others) shamans had the power to enter trances, combat evil spirits and disease, and communicate with ancestors. Within the plant-induced visions and trances, the shaman was able to comprehend the spirit world and the real world and maintain balance between the two. Prayers were offered to the spirits to whom these holy plants belonged. Indeed, for some, the plant itself was god or provided a way to god.

If nothing else it was interesting, unlike the monotheistic wait. More HERE

The pastors and priests of today will say a kind prayer into outer-space, quote you a couple of scriptures you already know, rekindle some hope, and collect offerings. They initially had to intimidate their way to the top because they had nothing but faith-induced deprecation to offer. Now the stupor of monotheistic belief is the biggest hurdle facing humanity.

I find it interesting that these core shamanistic practices were found all around the globe, yet Yahweh was nowhere to be found but in one small country, and never had anyone outside of it knew one whit about it.

From Practices to Beliefs—The Fatal Shift

How long ago the idea of belief supplanted utility.

The hebetude of religious belief, even the fervor becomes pure boredom as the wait sets in. With nothing to do but believe (or watch your favorite mega-preacher rake in cash) what is the mind to do—practice your tongues?

Years ago religion was a practice. Indigenous ritual and practical application accompanied the shaman as a person of utility, knowledge, and healing arts that surpassed the European physicians of the time. The ritual produced something—a far cry from today’s phony sacraments and preachers who merely pile on more robes, pomp, and pop music to cover the inadequacy of the Christian theme. It has to grow more and more unattainable as the subject matures in faith (lest his integrity outwit his belief) restricting the believer to endless need, never passing initiation phase.

The distance shit falls is equal-to, or less-than the potential splash-back”

Applying yourself into The-Way© meets with more of the same mind—deeper, spoon-bending, concentrated belief, unashamed of the gospel through conditioning, isolation, and surrounding yourself with other “we” believers, ready to wipe up the mess of contradiction with explaining (tissue, standing by)

A useful religion would prepare adherents for the rigors of life—to cut you loose with knowledge to take on the world with the greatest understanding, not a perpetual codependency—the believer out of need (the churches fall horribly short producing enlightenment) and the religion in need of the believers cash.

The monotheistic stall has humanity hamster-wheeling, each generation farther from the last in practical utility. Arriving at belief is less than accomplishing anything, yet the churches pretend it’s the ultimate destination.

Promises Promises

The attempts to forcefully fulfill prophecy

His covenant was to be everlasting, and they should possess forever the country he should give them. Now it is plain these promises never were realized.

They have never been fulfilled concerning the great blessings with which they were to be favored. For although they won a few small victories over some poor nations whom they plundered, this did not prevent them from being conquered and reduced to servitude, their kingdom destroyed as well as their nation.

And now the remainder of this unfortunate nation is looked upon as the vilest and most contemptible of all the earth, having no country, no dominion, no superiority. Finally these promises have not been fulfilled in respect to this everlasting covenant which God want to have for filled to them because we do not see now nor have we ever seen any evidence this covenant has been fulfilled. On the contrary they have been for many centuries excluded from the possession of the small country they pretended God had promised that they should enjoy forever—Voltaire

Now it is propped up by the United States. Like all of Christianity is propped and joined with governments, for it cannot stand on its own merits. The one foreign domain ignorant enough to believe the imposters who feigned to be prophets and who, in order to more easily deceive the ignorant and simple minded, boasted of acting and speaking by the Spirit of God. The saddest part about believing in a god as the head of your nation—living conceited while vastly overestimating your greatness. Boasting the power of a god who requires the wealth and missile systems of another country to enforce its scripture.

The ritual heritage that we are so fond of it in detail descends from animal sacrifice, colored clothing, blood, livers, bird crops, and kidneys. Animal skins, dung, smoke, foreskins and certain measures of oil with wine—the whole being offered and infected by dirty ceremonies as filthy and contemptible as the most extravagant performances of magic.

The Art Of Theism

The-ism /‘THē,izem/—the belief in the existence of a god or gods, especially the belief in one god as creator of the universe that has personal relation to his creations

Theism abuses ideas to promote their own source of validation by degrading all of humanity—breaking them to the lowest level of creature vs lifting them up.

Theism is the ultimate display of pride in self doubt—only through faith can you be whole, which is pure rubbish.

Theism writes disingenuous attempts to promote the will of a deity they readily admit escapes comprehension.

Theism promotes faith so humans fail to act of their own accord—waiting for guidance when deep down they already know what to do, lacking confidence because of the same faith.

Theism persuades men to condemn other men for their genetics and lack of Jesus in their culture.

Theism demonstrates mans ability to dismiss pure reason to pacify insecurity.

Theism teaches faith in god (the ultimate idol) which is merely a substitute for our own achievement and effort—reality teaches us there’s nothing like finding contentment through doing something for yourself and achieving self worth through accomplishment.

Theism is the ability to nurture pretending, believing, and hope, into an honor, resorting to faith when you can’t reason your belief

Theism has constructed a god that requires us to wait for reward—convincing believers that true peace is after life and conjures one to waiting instead of making it so now.

Theism is to abuse faith—a temporary principle of discovery by making it the pinnacle of achievement.

Theism is the arrival at nothing; mere thought convictions without substance or positive results. How long does an idea deserve to meet its objectives?

Theism is the ability to dismiss hard evidence of historically poor outcomes by believing that it’s convictions are not the cause of the outcome (but everywhere it planted it’s flag, cruelty followed)

The strongest of faith cannot endure once we know truth, but is then often secured by pretending and group pressure. Faith however, cannot exist with the slightest amount of proof. It is imperative there is no proof. Proof would not destroy religion, but it would kill faith and it’s ill affect on the human race.

Theism is a way of challenging death…while still dying.

Theism is a way of assigning meaning to random chaos, blaming a devil for the ills in the world then punishing those that don’t believe that—for merely a different thought.

Theism attempts to use reason to explain belief by clinging to traditions molded before reading was common.

Theism embraces the thought that humans are incapable and justify misplaced devotion to imagination. Humans are actually pretty awesome. But by belief they can be persuaded to do the unthinkable.

Theism rewards mere thought conviction and words as something of substance and will punish those that don’t have them.

Theists practice the art of exaggerated importance. Honoring strong faith (which is simply stubborn pride) stemming from a challenge in reverse psychology. Who can claim belief most earnestly in the face of knowledge reaches the pinnacle of faith.
