Roofing today and tomorrow. Looking for a thousand volunteers to ease the hate lol. Framing is done. Today and tomorrow the soffits and siding will be done. Plumbing Monday!

House Update
Windows come Monday and Tuesday roofing. Then its concrete siding, front porch post and beams with deck, plumbing, wiring, insulation, drywall, paint, flooring, kitchen, lights, and plumbing fixtures. Hope to be done August 20th.
Getting Closer
Day Five. Today finishing the last exterior wall and interior framing. Trusses come Wednesday
Progress on the House
Basement framed, floor built. Building stairs down and starting walls Wednesday morning.

Busy Days
Building a house next door for my daughter and her family. The shop is almost done, and the house foundation is half set up with the inside panel in, and half the rebar tied. Footings were poured yesterday. Gonna be a beauty. 
8 foot basement walls are too much to do alone. We hired this part.
30 foot x 40 foot garage. Sunset tonight from the property.
