Second Coming—The Transfer of Power

After building gods kingdom here on earth, how exactly do we hand the keys to Jesus?

Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:
For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three
—Luke 12:51-53

How will this same gospel unite us after Jesus returns in “power and great glory”? If his truth is eternal, isn’t what is true now be true then? Possibly Christianity has a higher hope that things will be better with a single theocratic ruler than I do.

The millennial reign of Jesus will be available only to those willing to continue to submit completely. There will be no dissenting the Lord in his glory. The entire millennial reign is an affront to free speech, free will, and our earnest attempts at a free republic (the best form of government)

There is a reason people fought to establish a republic, but how now do we transfer it to a kingship theocracy of totalitarian rule?

After every government possible is infiltrated by Jesus’ anointed leaders “building the kingdom” here on earth, how do we transfer that power to god? He’ll take it! Every knee shall bow and very tongue confess that Jesus is lord—or else.

We have never seen hell on earth like we do when theocracy will rule. It is written: “As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bow before me; every tongue will acknowledge God—Romans 14:11

And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father”—Rev 2:23. Welcome to the rebirth. Like father like son?

If any of it were true at all… but it is people believing this tripe that has humanity at odds with each other.

The End of Religion—How Long the Free-fall?

The collapse has come and gone. “He” never came back, but hope and pride won’t fess up to the fact—so the ever extending goal posts. Christianity is so far removed from its roots it can’t even dig one up. Buried in a wash of now speculative jargon, still looking for what was an obvious, imminent prediction forever prolonged under the hubris of hopeful generations. Is it that hard to admit they were wrong? Fooled? Maybe read too much in to it? It’s fundamental precepts have dissipated into the stratosphere—of longing. Reveling in what might have been, the big promise of the hero’s return is just too tempting to let go.

We are now in a world where belief has no utility. No ritual, no improvements, but only words masking the wishful’s true behavior. Every believer is on the same diverge in the yellow wood, following the road most traveled by and marked in the sod like an old wagon trail, seeking an ideal that brings peace and eternal life—a promise that no man can resist.

Islam is the last hope, where they still have the stomach to do things that no man cares for—kill things to appease God.

Western man has now turned to machines to do their killing, far removed from that distaste the moment they have the opportunity. Barely even able to kill their own food while those that do often ritualize it and thank their god for the life they’ve taken. Religions have moved on from blood sacrifice to the sacrifice of personal growth—for no greater purpose than self deprecation.

The goalposts have shifted and stretched from generation to generation. The failed prophecies have been too numerous to measure, but hey, who really cares? That, would be some kind of evidence. The beginning of the end—again.

Like balking a-top the high dive, it’s time for bungee-jeesus to come down from the cross.

Can we really and truly believe, or can we only decide to pretend to believe. Deciding to believe a non-ordinary, supernatural delusion is a choice, which makes it a charade of pretense mixed with hope.

Expecting Miracles—Living With Disappointments

How the greatest miracle of all will will be our own doing—

Tears and years of toil and prayer ended today as no help arrived. The lifeless and sunburned body of a man—who had prayed often and watched the horizon daily for a rescue, lay in the sand.

The others had left a year ago. They built a wicky-boat and sailed away, now living in Patagonia with jobs and nightlife. Waiting for rescue is a chancy business. While now the world waits in overuse for the second coming to renew the earth, wipe out unbelievers and sinful saints, the earth spins in turmoil. We can do something about it. There is no reason to wait but greed and insecurity. No one is coming to the rescue—it is up to us…This entire exercise of faith and waiting has issued license to havoc our natural resources and consume the very thing that gives us life. The Ouroboros will be our legacy. Not as a symbol of infinity, but of self destruction.

New Chinese AI News Anchor—A Type and Shadow of Religion

How an AI hoax will be the second coming of Jesus,

As long as there is text to read, China’s new AI news anchor can report the news from multiple locations 24/7. Patterned after a popular Chinese talking head, the AI anchor takes no breaks and reads English text tirelessly. While appearing to speak at times from both sides of his mouth, those of faith overlook this like seasoned professionals.

After being programmed and told what to say, tireless AI rambles on. Of course we see the parallels to religion. After submitting your will to Allah or Jesus, parroting becomes quite natural—no thinking is necessary, and often disallowed to maintain order in the flock. What will Copeland and Osteen be able to do with this technology?

When Jesus returns it is predicted those who don’t believe will still not believe, and as I see it, we probably shouldn’t. All the world will see him return in his glory, and very likely AI Jesus will be the new god to an old idea. Able to appear to every televised/wired culture in their own language, Jesus will come down from the heavens satellites and be visible to the entire world. I wouldn’t put it past the wealthy pastoral types to run a hoax like this, they’ve been doing it for years on the largest scale they could muster. This would be no different.

Another End is Just Around the Corner

Just got off the phone with a baptist-gringo buddy of mine in Panama and the end of the world is most likely 2018. According to him and his sources, Edgar Cayce, Baba Vanga, and Nostradamus all have pointed to 2018 as the destruction year. The west coast will disappear and the east coast will have just a handful of people left. They said this 4.5 earthquake off the coast of Panama last week was proof all the upheaval is starting. They are not worried. In their smugness they believe they’ll be taken up in rapture, but they do fear for their non-christian friends. I poured through a days worth of ambiguity with the eye of the sceptic and to my surprise I found nothing to suggest what the devout followers of these prognosticators predict. If you read the actual prophecies… Nothing. Could be’s and if’s is all you need with a devotee. My life has been filled with warnings and predictions that never happened. If the modern day Glen Becks of the world were correct, the whole thing would’ve been over years ago. If you’re looking for the end you might find it sifting though miles of ambiguity, you could listen to your favorite summarizer in the hope that jesus will come and save the world. Just like preachers preaching. Read it on your own and you find a lot of nothing but fallacy. They actually believe this crap. To be reasonable we need to rid the world of soothsayer religious alarmism and get to work. It’s all up to us. Jesus ain’t coming to fix it.
